Charcuterie Boards and 3 ways to Style Salami

A charcuterie board is a platter featuring a variety of cured meats, such as prosciutto, salami, and chorizo, often accompanied by cheese, crackers, bread, fruits, nuts, and condiments like mustard or pickles. It's a visually appealing and versatile option for appetizers or gatherings, allowing guests to mix and match different flavors and textures. Most popular item on a Charcuterie board is Salami.

How to style Salami
1- Salami Rose Take a salami and place it around a shot glass about half way down, fold and press it down and then the second slice, put it on the first one, half way over and then turn and add slices just half way over the next one until your reach about 8-10 slices. Press it down and turn the shot glass over. Voila, you have a beautiful rose. 2- Salami Rosette Place 3-4 slices of salami on a flat surface, overlapping them halfway. Fold them in half and then start rolling. 3- Salami fan Take a slice of salami, fold it in half, and then fold it in half again. Hold the pointy side between your fingers. Repeat this with 3-4 more slices, then arrange them next to each other to create a salami fan.
